His most recently acquired company, Launchways, included a successful earn-out and parent-company recapitalization. Across his ventures, Jim has consistently delivered annual revenue growth rates that exceed industry norms by creating unfair advantages in product, service and delivery.
As Principal of Growth Optimization Consulting (GOC), he combines his hands-on entrepreneurial experience, deep expertise in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, technology and finance, to collaborate with entrepreneurs and mid-market businesses leaders to accelerate growth, optimize operations, and maximize enterprise value.
